The walkthrough opening
What a personal walkthrough says first. One step per line: Say: words spoken exactly, Write: what the guide writes in its own words, Slide 1 where the first slide is discussed (a Say: after it is spoken once slide 1 is done), and If asked how we know them: the honest answer. {first}, {company} and {org} are filled in. Saved, it is live on the next visit.

The banner's invitation
The banner's promise and the page it opens are set together, so the email never promises something the page does not do. The extension puts the banner into Gmail for an email to one person in HubSpot (their name, their company) and the generic one for everyone else. {first} is their first name, {domain} their website (from HubSpot, else their email address), {company} their company. If the words are too long for the banner, the shorter version is used. The banner is never tracked: nothing is logged when it is fetched.

Voices
Every place Martin (AI) speaks, and the voice each one really uses. The house voice is the one chosen for walkthroughs; the desk speaks with it too. Use the house voice changes only that agent's voice (and its model, when the family differs). Stability, similarity and speed are shown, not changed.
